Our uniquely designed outdoor teambuilding adventures provide the ultimate in hands-on, experiential fun and learning, allowing the work team to tap into their own personal experiences and wisdom. To address the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health of an organization, all of Creative Wheel's programming consist of two components:
Outdoor Component
The National Capital offers many wonderful natural settings for outdoor team building exercises. All programs are customized to the level of fitness and mobility of clients.
Indoor Component
Our teaching model uses the wheel as an analogy to the self and addresses personal wellness by exploring an employee's whole life and all the systems s/he belongs to. By doing so, we can start creating new ways to energize and enliven the work environment. To find soul in the workplace, we first need to create soul-full and response-able individuals. Topics to be explored during the indoor component of the workshop are established by the client before hand, depending on the needs of the employees and work environment.

Minimum time allotment for our corporate coaching services is eight hours. Since all the programs are customized, one to three preliminary meetings are scheduled prior to workshop to discuss the goals that need to be reached.
Program design and facilitation costs run from $900 to $1,500 per day. All preliminary meetings are not included in the cost. Printing cost and GST not included.
